The shipping and delivery terms we have set to ensure your orders reach you safely and quickly are listed below.<\/p>\n<h2>1. DELIVERY TIME<\/h2>\n<p>Orders are handed over to the carrier within <strong>2\u201310 business days<\/strong> after your payment is confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>Delivery time may vary depending on the day the order is placed, the delivery region, product stock, the product's preparation process and the carrier's service speed.<\/p>\n<p>Orders placed on public holidays and weekends are processed on the next business day.<\/p>\n<h2>2. DELIVERY METHOD<\/h2>\n<p>Your orders are delivered to you through the shipping companies we work with.<\/p>\n<p>Products are sent to the delivery address provided by the customer when placing the order.<\/p>\n<p>If the recipient is not present at the given address at the time of delivery, the shipment may be redirected to the nearest branch or sent out for redelivery in line with the shipping company's procedures. In this case, the customer may be notified by the shipping company.<\/p>\n<h2>3. SHIPPING FEES<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Domestic:<\/strong> The shipping fee is 1.000 \u20ba. Fees are shown in Turkish lira at the checkout step; each curtain is counted as one box. Any customs duties and charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.<\/p>\n<h2>4. WHAT TO CHECK ON DELIVERY<\/h2>\n<p>When receiving your order, please inspect the package in the presence of the courier whenever possible.<\/p>\n<p>If the package shows any crushing, tearing, opening, water damage or similar damage, please ask the courier to prepare a damage report.<\/p>\n<p>If you believe the product was damaged in transit, it is important to have the report prepared before accepting the delivery.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of a damaged delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<h2>5.
