These details are also included in the order confirmation email.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Subject of the agreement<\/h2>\n<p>This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the curtain products ordered electronically by the BUYER through trioperde.com, whose measurements and specifications are determined at the time of ordering.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Product information and price<\/h2>\n<p>The product name, size (width \u00d7 height), color, fullness and heading style or mounting, quantity, sale price including VAT and total amount are as stated in the order summary on the checkout page and in the order confirmation email. Prices calculated according to the measurements are shown on the product page before ordering. Amounts shown in foreign currencies on the site are for information only; payment is taken in Turkish lira.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Payment<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment is made using the methods offered on the site (credit\/debit card, bank transfer). Card payments are processed through the infrastructure of the licensed payment institution iyzico; card details are not stored by the SELLER.<\/li>\n<li>For installment payments, the installment interest is the amount shown on the payment screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Delivery<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Products are made to the BUYER\u2019s measurements and are usually handed over to the carrier within 2\u201310 business days of payment approval; this period may not exceed 30 days.<\/li>\n<li>The product is shipped to the delivery address specified in the order by our contracted shipping company. The shipping fee is shown on the checkout page: 1.000 \u20ba within Turkey, free for orders over 30.000 \u20ba; for international shipments, a per-parcel fee applies depending on the country.<\/li>\n<li>Details of the delivery terms can be found on the <a href=\"\/en\/kargo-ve-teslimat\/\">Shipping &amp; Delivery<\/a> page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>6. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>Pursuant to Article 15(\u00e7) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, <strong>the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods prepared in line with the consumer\u2019s requests or personal needs.<\/strong> Curtains sold on trioperde.com fall within this scope, as they are custom-made according to the measurements and options (color, fullness, heading style, mounting) entered by the BUYER.<\/p>\n<p>For standard-size products that are not made to measure, the BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of the delivery date without giving any reason. In this case, the BUYER sends the request to <a href=\"mailto:iletisim@trioperde.com\">iletisim@trioperde.com<\/a> ; the SELLER refunds the payment within 14 days of receiving the notification. Defective products and warranty<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>If the product is delivered not in conformity with the order (size, color, model) or defective, the BUYER\u2019s optional rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6502 (repair, replacement, price reduction, withdrawal from the contract) are reserved.<\/li>\n<li>Defects should preferably be reported with photos within the first few days after delivery; the statutory limitation period is 2 years from delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Discrepancies resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the BUYER are not considered defects. If in doubt about measurements, we recommend getting WhatsApp measuring help before ordering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>8. Disputes<\/h2>\n<p>For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the BUYER\u2019s place of residence or where the transaction took place are competent within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade; Consumer Courts are competent for cases exceeding these limits.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Entry into force<\/h2>\n<p>Before confirming the order, the BUYER acknowledges having read the <a href=\"\/en\/on-bilgilendirme-formu\/\">Pre-Contract Information Form<\/a>and this agreement and accepts them by ticking the confirmation box on the checkout page.
