Our curtains are made to order according to the measurements and options you enter. That is why our return terms differ from those for standard products; we explain them briefly below.
Made-to-measure curtains
Pursuant to Article 15(ç) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared in line with the consumer’s requests or personal needs. Curtains produced to your measurements and to the color, fullness, heading style or mounting you choose fall within this scope.
If you’re unsure about your measurements, before ordering, use the Measuring help option on the product page to message us on WhatsApp, and we’ll take your measurements together.
Incorrect or defective product
- If the product you received differs from your order (size, color, model) or is defective, take a photo of it before using it and send it to iletisim@trioperde.com or to our WhatsApp line.
- After inspection, the product will be remade or repaired free of charge, or its price will be refunded. Your statutory rights under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection remain reserved.
- If a package appears to have been damaged in transit, it is important to have the courier draw up a damage report at the time of delivery.
Standard-size products
For ready-made, standard-size products that are not made to measure, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Simply notify us of your request by email; the product must be unused and returned with its packaging. Your payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of our receiving your request.
