As VİZYON LIFE YAPI SİSTEMLERİ TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (the "Company"), acting as data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), we process your personal data as described below.
1. Personal data processed
- Identity and contact: first name, last name, phone number, email address, delivery and billing address.
- Customer transaction: order contents, measurement and product selections, order notes, requests and complaints.
- Finance: billing details and, for corporate invoices, tax office and tax number. Your card details are not seen or stored by the Company; they are processed by the payment institution.
- Transaction security: IP address, browser and session information, cookie records.
2. Purposes of processing
Receiving orders, producing them made to measure, delivering and invoicing them; providing measuring help and customer service; fulfilling legal obligations (tax and consumer legislation); ensuring the security of the website and improving the user experience.
3. Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: the establishment or performance of a contract (5/2-c), compliance with a legal obligation (5/2-ç), the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (5/2-e) and legitimate interest (5/2-f). Campaign and informational messages are sent only with your explicit consent.
4. Transfer
Your data may be transferred, solely for the purposes above and only to the extent necessary, to shipping companies, the payment institution (iyzico), persons providing accounting and financial advisory services, the website’s hosting and technical service providers and, upon request, authorized public institutions and bodies.
5. Method of collection
Data is collected electronically through the order, membership and contact forms on the website, and via WhatsApp, email and phone.
6. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its deletion or destruction when the legal conditions are met; to object; and to claim compensation for any damage.
