1. DELIVERY TIME
Orders are handed over to the carrier within 2–10 business days after your payment is confirmed.
Delivery time may vary depending on the day the order is placed, the delivery region, product stock, the product's preparation process and the carrier's service speed.
Orders placed on public holidays and weekends are processed on the next business day.
2. DELIVERY METHOD
Your orders are delivered to you through the shipping companies we work with.
Products are sent to the delivery address provided by the customer when placing the order.
If the recipient is not present at the given address at the time of delivery, the shipment may be redirected to the nearest branch or sent out for redelivery in line with the shipping company's procedures. In this case, the customer may be notified by the shipping company.
3. SHIPPING FEES
Domestic: The shipping fee is 1.000 ₺. Orders with a cart total over 30.000 ₺ ship free of charge. The shipping fee is added to the order total and shown at the checkout step.
International: Orders are shipped in boxes measuring 50 × 80 × 50 cm. Fees per box (excluding VAT):

Because blinds and systems (roller, zebra, silhouette, wooden venetian and Roman shades) and smart curtains are shipped in long boxes, international shipping fees for these products are charged at double the rate. Fees are shown in Turkish lira at the checkout step; each curtain is counted as one box. Any customs duties and charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. WHAT TO CHECK ON DELIVERY
When receiving your order, please inspect the package in the presence of the courier whenever possible.
If the package shows any crushing, tearing, opening, water damage or similar damage, please ask the courier to prepare a damage report.
If you believe the product was damaged in transit, it is important to have the report prepared before accepting the delivery.
In the event of a damaged delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
5. POSSIBLE DELIVERY DELAYS
Delays may occur due to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, extraordinary circumstances, decisions of public authorities, busy campaign periods or the operational processes of shipping companies.
Delivery times may be extended in the event of such delays beyond our direct control.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESS AND RECIPIENT DETAILS
The customer is responsible for entering the delivery address and contact details correctly and completely when placing an order.
We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, phone number or recipient details.
We recommend that you check all your delivery and contact details when placing your order.
7. DELIVERY AREAS
We ship to all of Turkey as well as to Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Denmark and Austria. For deliveries to other countries, please contact us.
In areas where the shipping company does not operate or offers limited service, the delivery method and time may vary. For international shipments, delivery may take a few additional business days after dispatch, depending on the country.
8. TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping company, a tracking number may be sent to you, depending on the system and shipping company used.
Using this tracking number, you can check the current status of your shipment on the shipping company’s tracking system.
9. CHANGES TO THE DELIVERY TERMS

Updated terms take effect from the date they are published on the website.
