2. Essential characteristics and price of the product
The name, size, color, pleat and heading style or mounting type, quantity and total price including VAT of the ordered products are shown in the order summary on the checkout page. The shipping fee is shown separately in the order total: 1.000 ₺ within Türkiye (free on orders over 30.000 ₺), and a per-parcel fee by country for international orders.
For curtains sold by the meter, the price is calculated based on the curtain width, the selected fullness and the heading style; for curtains sold by the m², it is calculated based on the width × height area. Measurements exceeding 3 meters are priced separately as a custom project.
3. Payment
Payment is made by credit/debit card (secured by iyzico) or by bank transfer. Payment is collected in Turkish lira; the dollar and euro amounts shown on the site are for information only and are based on the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (TCMB).
4. Delivery
Products are made to measure and are usually shipped within 2–10 business days of payment confirmation (within 30 days at the latest). Delivery is made to the address specified in the order by our partner shipping company.
5. Right of withdrawal
For curtains made to the BUYER's own measurements in line with the BUYER's requests or personal needs, there is no right of withdrawal (Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15/1-ç). Products sold in standard sizes have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details: Returns & Right of Withdrawal.
6. Complaints and objections
You can reach us for requests and complaints using the contact details above. In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits, and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction above those limits.
